Ordering & Production
How are your shirts made? Every item at Delaware Valley Shirt Company is made to order! This means we don't hold a massive inventory of pre-printed shirts. When you place an order, we print that specific item just for you. This allows us to offer a wider variety of neighborhood and nostalgic designs without waste.
How long does it take to get my order? Because each item is printed to order, please allow [3-5] business days for production before your item ships. Once it leaves our hands, standard shipping times apply (usually another 3-5 days depending on your location).
Can I cancel or change my order? We try to get orders into production as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun.
Shipping
Where do you ship from? We are a home-based business proud to serve the Delaware Valley and beyond! Your items are shipped directly from our production partners or our home base here in the local area.
Do you offer local pickup? At this time, we do not offer local pickup as we are an online-only shop. We ship all orders directly to your doorstep.
My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have it. Please verify the shipping address on your order confirmation. If the address is correct, check around your property or with neighbors. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered a few hours before they arrive. If it still hasn't appeared after 24 hours, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Since our items are printed specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or custom print orders.

What if I ordered the wrong size? We want you to love your fit! If you ordered the incorrect size, we are happy to exchange it for the right one.
How does the exchange process work? Because we are a small business, we process exchanges in three steps:

Contact Us: Please email us at delvalshirtco@gmail.com to request an exchange for your item.

Return the Item: Please mail the unwashed, unworn item back to us.

We Ship the New One: Once we receive your return and verify it is in original condition, we will immediately ship out your new size.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we will cover the shipping cost to return the replacement shirt to you.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? If you receive a defective item or the wrong design, we will absolutely make it right! Please email us at delvalshirtco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement.
